LEAD SERVICENOW DEVELOPER (REMOTE)

DIRECT HIRE WITH SOLUGENIX

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be critical in strategizing, architecting, and designing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for our clients/customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 to 7 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in development and customization of ServiceNow modules like:
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Asset Management, CMDB
• Optional - Customer Service Management, Field Service Management
• Experience in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal UI coding, AngularJS
• Good in client-side scripting, server-side scripting, ServiceNow UI branding and customizations
• Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools.
• Possess any of the following ServiceNow certifications:
  • CSA - Certified System Administrator
  • CIS - Certified Implementation Specialist
  • CAD - Certified Application Developer
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable college

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategize, architect, and design end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for clients/customers

• Design, strategize and implement ITIL processes for clients/customers using the ServiceNow platform

• Develop a productive working relationship with client stakeholders and process owners that allows for a cross-functional understanding of requirements and expectations

• Leverage from best practices in Project Management using SCRUM/Agile for efficient project delivery and implementation

• Ensure project scope and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget

• Work with client stakeholders to define and implement new ServiceNow applications/modules

• Work with client stakeholders to define and develop customizations and enhancements to existing ServiceNow implementations

• Participate in requirements definition, design, development, and test review cycles

• Assist business service lines in defining and developing client-specific reporting

• Work with QA and end-users to ensure new functionality passes testing, and defects are resolved promptly

• Collaborate with the project teams including information architects, visual designers, developers, and quality assurance on requirements and issues to ensure quality and on-time project delivery, data transition and integration, UAT testing scenarios, and goals

• Implement, maintain, and customize ServiceNow modules like (not limited to): CSM, Field Service, ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Project, Portfolio, Orchestration

• Use Mid server, web services, email, and other relevant technology to integrate IT tools /applications with ServiceNow

• Provide leadership in gaining insight on functional and non-functional requirements related to technical delivery

• Design and develop required ServiceNow integrations with other systems

• Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party tools using SOAP and REST web services

• Contribute with technical inputs in SOW development and project estimation for Solugenix ServiceNow business practice

• Participate in Solugenix ServiceNow implementation and development initiatives with customers/clients

• Participate in Solugenix pre-sales and post-sales meetings

• Field calls and e-mails from clients and Solugenix staff, and respond promptly

• Implement customizations in the ServiceNow platform

• Write Glide API code and JavaScript to accomplish change requests

• Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party tools using SOAP and REST web services

• Write technical specification or document the change requests

• Create simple POCs and conduct short demos to stakeholders
