    SR. SW ENG .NET & AWS (BACK END) SANTA ANA, CA (REMOTE) 5-MONTHS CONTRACT ( NO C2C) JOB ID 2021-6122

    Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a SENIOR SOFTWARE BACKEND ENGINEER (C# .NET, .NET CORE, AWS). This is a 5-months contract to hire based out of Santa Ana, CA.

    Participates in the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software code for business applications. THE RESPONSIBLE FRONT END, MIDDLE-TIER, AND INTEGRATION WITH BACKEND REST APIS. Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • HAVE 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING APPLICATIONS IN C# AND .NET IS A MUST.
    • EXPERIENCE IN MIGRATING FROM .NET FRAMEWORK TO .NET CORE IS PREFERRED.
    • 3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATION OR MIDDLEWARE SOLUTIONS.
    • 3+ years in JavaScript, Node JS, C#, VB .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Framework 3.0 – 4.7, .NET Core 2.0 above, Visual Studio 2010-2017, 2019.
    • EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF RESTFUL API DEVELOPMENT AND ADVANCED WEB SERVICES SUCH AS WCF AND WEB API.
    • EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF OPEN API, SWAGGER, REST, JSON, MVC, AND SERVICE-ORIENTED ARCHITECTURE.
    • Excellent knowledge of Open ID Connect, JWT, ADFS. And Microsoft Azure Identity as a Service is a plus.
    • WORK WITH MODERN DESIGN PATTERNS AND METHODOLOGIES INCLUDING CONVERTING AND WORKING WITH LEGACY CODE.
    • EXPERIENCE WITH MIDDLEWARE API GATEWAY SUCH AS AKANA/TIBCO/MULESOFT.
    • EXPERIENCE WITH CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES: MS AZURE, AWS, OR IBM CLOUD.
    • Full SDLC experience from start to finish and helping lead the process.
    • Expertise in developing multiple tiers of multi-tiered software applications.
    • Expertise in designing programs and applications.
    • Experience designing application systems.
    • Constantly updating personal technical and business knowledge and skills and mentoring others to increase the knowledge and skills of the team.
    • Strong organizational or Project Management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • SASS experience is a plus.
    • Typically, 5+ years of directly related experience.
    • Experience working with a distributed team is preferred.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Full Stack application development experience.
    • Agile SDLC methodology required.
    • Provides maintenance of developed software including regression testing and debugging.
    • Build test automation suites to ensure the quality of guest impacting products.
    • Ability to quickly learn legacy applications and document the current state.
