    ARE YOU A ROCK STAR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL/MANAGER?

    We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to work with our Sales Team.  Primary responsibilities include business development, client relationship management, and solutions selling. This person will engage with clients who are looking to Solugenix to deliver IT services typically in an outsourced or managed staff augmentation engagement model.  This is a “roll up your sleeves and get it done” type of position. As a Business Development Manager, you are making outbound sales calls to identify hiring managers who need our assistance. We need someone who thinks on their feet and is focused on solutions and gaining market share. You will work hand in hand with your recruitment team to identify top talent and to take these amazing candidates to the market, faster than our competition.   This position is based in Southern California working out of our Brea office.  Please send your resume in MS Word or PDF format 

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 6 years’ experience in solution selling working with project stakeholders, senior managers, and other top-level decision makers
    • Over 5 years’ experience in IT staffing/solution sales and/or account management with a proven track record of managing and delivering on client engagements
    • Existing relationships in the Southern California region with demonstrated access to senior level decision makers
    • Passionate, enthusiastic, professional, personable, and confident personality, with a focus on customer service
    • Depth and breadth of knowledge in IT Infrastructure, software development, project management, or other technology area
    • Experience in proposal development with the ability to gather and convert business requirements and plans into real solutions that work
    • Excellent listening, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with decision makers and delivery managers to document customer issues and drive solutions
    • 4-year college degree (Information Technology, MBA, or a related area preferred)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Actively develop and build relationships with the goal of developing new business and managing a portfolio of accounts
    • Aggressively drive “new logo” growth including farming your existing relationships as well as identifying and qualifying new leads by cold calling, setting appointments etc.
    • Become a trusted advisor to our clients educating them about Solugenix offerings that address their business needs
    • Engage with client management at all levels including C-Level executives, VPs, Directors, and management personnel
    • Quarterback writing proposals which includes crafting solutions and negotiating pricing
    • Participate in preparing and delivering sales presentations
    • Support marketing activities by providing input to marketing strategy, campaigns, and collateral
    • Publish white papers, maintain blogs, and speak at various industry events to publicize and market Solugenix’s expertise
