    Successful, growing, multi-line insurance and financial services agency, located in Pacific Palisades, CA is seeking a Full-time Administrative Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team of energetic, hard-working professionals.  The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional looking to have a measurable impact on our present and future business.  Solum Insurance Agency, Inc. is a top agency within the Farmers Insurance Group and is looking for a qualified individual to join our expanding team.

Compensation is comprised of a competitive base salary, with the opportunity to share in team commissions and bonuses.

    As our Administrative Customer Services Representative (CSR), you serve as the front line to leave a positive impression with current and prospective clients. You will assist with customer questions such as billing, claims, changes to coverage, etc.  Your courteous and professional demeanor, both on the phone and in person, will ensure that clients and agency staff alike will know their issues are being handled by a competent and concerned business professional.

    RESPONSIBILITIES CSR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Communicate with customers and manage their insurance information
    • Provide expert professional support to our Agents as they continue to grow their business
    • Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them quickly
    • Perform administrative duties as assigned by Agents and Insurance Manager

    REQUIREMENTS CSR REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer focused office
    • Able to resolve client issues in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner
    • Possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including attention to detail and diligent follow-up
    • A successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of college or 3-5 years of experience in a similar professional customer service role.
    • CA Insurance License preferred (P&C)    OR Candidate must obtain their California Insurance License during the first 90 to 120 days of employment. (All fees will be covered by Solum Insurance).
