Role: Solution Architect – Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce
Location: East Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, solution architecture, and presales engagement.
The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-level Salesforce initiatives from concept to implementation and support business development efforts with tailored solution strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture with a strong emphasis on Data Cloud and integrated platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design and propose technical solutions during presales cycles.
- Translate client business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions that meet technical and operational requirements.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to define roadmaps, identify risks, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Provide architectural governance and guide delivery teams on best practices and technical direction.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market offerings and alliance strategies around Salesforce.
- Mentor internal team members and support capability building across the Salesforce practice.
Must Have Skills:
- ****Minimum 5 years of Salesforce solution architecture experience.
- Minimum 5 years working with Salesforce Data Cloud in real-world, project-based implementations.
- Minimum 5 years in a presales role, including client engagement, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
- Familiarity with Agentforce ; candidates must understand the concept even if they have not used it in a production setting.
- Strong job stability across previous roles.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience leading multi-cloud Salesforce implementations across industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, or Media.
- Exposure to Salesforce alliance networks and prior success building practice credibility with Salesforce teams.
- Ability to work effectively in matrixed teams across marketing, delivery, and recruitment functions.
- Track record of mentoring and growing high-performing technical teams.
Logistics:
- Location: East Brunswick, NJ – hybrid working model.
- Relocation Support: Movement of household goods, one vehicle, and temporary accommodation (1–2 weeks).
- Interview Process: 5–6 rounds, including technical, strategic, and stakeholder-facing evaluations.
