Our client has a perm. FT, W2 role on the border of Nassau/Suffolk, NY. The Machining Trainer will be responsible for developing training curriculums and instructing fundamental skills needed for the operation and setup of complex CNC and conventional manufacturing machines that utilize turning, milling and multi-axis machining technology to ensure new and aspiring machinist are appropriately trained. The goal of this position is to develop machinists, at all levels, through proper training and career development so that our company has a continuous pipeline of talented Machinists to support our machining capabilities.

This role requires experience working with manufacturing, CNC, conventional lathe and milling, and working knowledge of Six Sigma/LEAN.

This is a perm., FT position onsite on the border of Nassau/Suffolk Counties, NY. Candidates must be driving distance to this role and be able to work on a W2.
