    About the Role

    We are hiring a Solutions Architect – Amazon Connect to design, implement, and scale AES-owned cloud contact center solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with real-world Amazon Connect implementation experience who enjoy working across technical and business stakeholders.

    You will translate business and operational requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective Amazon Connect architectures, supporting internal platforms from early concept through production rollout.

    Key Responsibilities

    Architect and implement Amazon Connect–based contact center solutions

    Design contact flows, IVR, routing, queues, and agent experiences

    Deliver POCs, pilots, and full-scale deployments

    Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway)

    Integrate with CRM and backend systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, custom platforms)

    Enable omnichannel capabilities (voice, chat, tasks)

    Implement analytics and insights using Amazon Connect Contact Lens

    Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization

    Collaborate with internal engineering teams and AWS partner stakeholders

    Required Qualifications

    5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or contact center technologies

    Hands-on experience implementing Amazon Connect in production environments

    Strong understanding of IVR, call routing, and agent workflows

    Experience integrating cloud platforms with backend systems

    Familiarity with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway)

    Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

    Preferred Skills

    AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect preferred)

    Experience with Amazon Connect Contact Lens

    Knowledge of workforce management and quality tools

    Exposure to AI-driven CX use cases (chatbots, automation, sentiment analysis)

    Experience in startup or innovation-focused environments
