The Solutions Architect is responsible for overseeing the design, integration, and optimization of Brightline’s core systems, including Salesforce and our AMS (Amplo/Veruna). This role will drive system strategy, data integrity, and automation initiatives, while leading the development and execution of the client's AI roadmap. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong technical expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain scalable system architecture across Salesforce, AMS (Amplo), and connected platforms. • Lead the optimization of CRM and AMS workflows to improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and user adoption. • Partner with business leaders to translate operational and strategic needs into technical solutions. • Oversee data integration across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a single source of truth. • Develop and manage reporting frameworks and dashboards to support executive decision-making. • Lead Brightline’s AI and automation initiatives, including identifying use cases and implementing tools to streamline workflows and enhance insights. • Manage integrations between Salesforce, AMS, SQL databases, and external partners (e.g., carriers, TPAs, financial systems). • Establish and enforce data governance standards across all systems. • Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve scalability through automation. • Support continuous improvement of systems, tools, and processes across the organization. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • 5–10+ years of experience in systems architecture, CRM/AMS management, or similar roles. • Strong experience with Salesforce architecture, including workflows, data models, and integrations. • Experience working with AMS platforms (Veruna/Amplo or similar insurance systems). • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts. • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and data visualization. • Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, Power Automate). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
