As a Customer-Facing Solutions Architect , you'll lead the design and delivery of powerful demo experiences that drive sales success. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, and our Technical SA team to translate prospect needs into customized, impactful environments.
This role is ideal for a technically-minded consultant or pre-sales expert who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing settings and loves crafting tailored product stories that close deals.
Discovery & Design
Lead discovery calls to understand customer goals, workflows, and use cases
Design custom TestBox environments aligned to buyer success criteria
Collaborate with SEs to scope trial plans and delivery timelines
Implementation Execution
Build and configure product environments with real-world data and workflows
Lead delivery during implementations — ensuring environments stay relevant and effective
Iterate quickly in response to stakeholder feedback
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Product and Engineering to enhance platform capabilities
Share common patterns and product gaps to influence roadmap
Contribute to internal documentation and reusable templates
Success Metrics
Measure impact through internal NPS, environment usage, and reuse rate
Continuously optimize environment quality and delivery speed
3–6 years in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or Implementation Consulting
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS tools and workflows
Experience building or configuring demo or sandbox environments
Excellent customer communication and technical problem-solving skills
Familiarity with GTM platforms like CRMs, customer support tools, analytics, etc.
Bonus: Experience with synthetic data or AI-enhanced environments
