    Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our Core Engineering team. In this role, you will design robust systems and scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and data insights across our enterprise sales organization. You will lead the technical design and implementation of critical business systems while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful alignment with our strategic roadmap.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design scalable systems and solutions to enhance operational scale, efficiency, and analytics.

    • Program manage the technical design and deployment of enterprise solutions aligned with business goals.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to prioritize and sequence critical work.

    • Plan and support half-yearly engineering roadmaps based on business priorities and capacity.

    • Design operational and maintenance processes for long-term solution sustainability.

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems.

    • Cross-train team members on new and evolving technical solutions.

    Required Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related or quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, MIS, or similar discipline).

    Experience:

    • 8+ years of experience in building enterprise technology solutions, preferably in sales organizations.

    Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of data structures, modeling, database schemas, and proficiency in SQL.

    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, especially Sales Cloud and CPQ.

    • Experience with forecasting systems and system integrations.

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong leadership and the ability to independently drive complex technical programs from initiation to completion.

    • Excellent communication skills across engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

    • Analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
