About the Role
As a Solutions Delivery Specialist, you’ll partner with customers across VC, corporate innovation, and government sectors. You’ll be their guide through onboarding and activation, ensuring they receive maximum value from the product. This is a highly collaborative role that combines communication skills, technical aptitude, and a strategic mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support new client onboarding and help users adopt best practices on the platform
Deliver high-touch support and ensure successful activation and training
Partner with internal teams to track customer progress and address any blockers
Assist in delivering and interpreting data reports and research findings
Help develop scalable resources, playbooks, and internal documentation

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Comfort with data and the ability to interpret and communicate insights
A passion for helping others succeed and delivering white-glove support
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a customer-facing or client support role (e.g., customer success, account management, onboarding, consulting)
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Intercom, or CRM systems
Interest in technology, startups, data, or VC ecosystems
