    • Lead optimization projects, including container tuning, storage improvements, architecture simplification, and automation workflows to scale improvements across teams.

    • Develop reference architectures, proof-of-concepts, and tools to demonstrate best practices, while contributing hands-on with scripts, prototypes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) modules.

    • Conduct architecture reviews, provide actionable guidance on design tradeoffs, risks, and cost-aware solutions, and promote best practices in engineering workflows using GitHub and CI/CD patterns.

    • Integrate AI-assisted tools and techniques to enable smarter optimization, anomaly detection, and automated remediation, while establishing standards for tagging, observability, and governance.

    • Hands-on experience with modern cloud architectures, distributed systems, and optimization on AWS and/or Azure, focusing on reliability, performance, cost efficiency.

    • Proficiency in SDLC standards, including GitHub workflows, CI/CD, and reusable modules, ability to coach teams and contribute directly.

    • Deep knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and orchestration platforms, with a consultative approach to scaling, resource optimization, and decision-making.

    • Familiarity with cloud security, networking, and scalability principles, and the ability to guide teams through risks, mitigations, and architectural impacts.

    • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks (e.g., Terraform) and a collaborative approach to implementing reusable workflows and guardrails.

    • Strong analytical skills with SQL/NoSQL for cloud, cost, and performance data, transforming insights into actionable recommendations.

    • Comfort with AI-assisted engineering tools and curiosity about emerging AI techniques to enhance automation and developer productivity.
