As a Solutions Engineer III SOFTWARE ENGINEER you'll b uild, maintain, and refine high-performance , scalable systems through your collaboration in development, infrastructure, and product discussions from conception to completion. You have recommendations on how to imagine, develop and launch solutions with transformative power.

• You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• You have at least 5 years of software engineering experience with expertise in: [ Java, .Net , JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, Angular, HTML/CSS, Typescript, VueJS , REST API services, SAP, Azure, and AWS

• You're thoughtful in your approach to software engineering practices. You enable a future-ready, high-quality , and responsive code base.

• Your agile mindset and passion for designing product user experiences enable rapid business growth.

• You have a foundation of technical ability, business acumen, leadership skills , and a desire to provide knowledge transfer.

• You have technology vendor management experience. You've provided technical direction, guidance , and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $91,583-$146,533

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
