The Role: Solutions Engineer Own the technical side of enterprise deals from pre-sales through deployment.
What You'll Do
- Run complex POCs and custom demos for enterprise buyers
- Translate ML capabilities (sentiment analysis, logo/facial recognition, OCR, narrative detection across text, image, audio, and video) into concrete business cases
- Present to C-suite and hands-on analysts in the same week and land both
- Feed client requirements directly into product roadmap conversations
- Partner with sales, CS, and engineering across the full deal cycle
What They're Looking For
- Proven technical wins in enterprise SaaS sales cycles
- Fluency in APIs, data pipelines, and system architecture
- Comfortable going deep with engineers and staying clear with executives
- Background in social analytics, brand monitoring, crisis comms, or risk intelligence is a real plus
- Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
