    The Role

    As a Solutions Specialist, you will handle inbound calls from individuals navigating court-ordered financial obligations. You will be the person who brings calm to a stressful situation, clarity to a confusing process, and a path forward when someone does not know where to turn.

    You will assess each caller’s situation individually, exercise your own judgment to determine the right resolution strategy, and guide them to a committed payment agreement — all within a framework that sets you up to succeed. No scripts. No rigid playbooks. Just you, your skills, and the tools and training to back you up.

    What You’ll Do

    • Handle 60–100 inbound calls per day and make a meaningful difference on every one

    • Independently assess each caller’s situation and determine the best resolution path within company guidelines

    • Explain court-ordered obligations, frozen accounts, and payment options in terms people can actually understand

    • Lead conversations with confidence and guide callers to commit to payment agreements during the call

    • Turn emotionally charged situations into productive outcomes through composure and skill

    • Ensure every agreement is compliant, enforceable, and accurately documented

    What You Bring

    • 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, call center, legal support, or financial services

    • The ability to lead a conversation and guide it toward an outcome — not just respond and hope for the best

    • Clear, confident communication under pressure

    • Emotional intelligence — you read people quickly and adjust your approach accordingly

    • A genuine drive to perform and be recognized for it
