Full job training
6 week training class - 10AM-7PM
When customers call you will be the liaison between customer and service techs who handle the repairs or questions
JOB QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL SERVICE CENTER
1 year experience with Customer Service, Call Service Center, OR Quality retail experience required
Great phone voice, good with computers, type 30 wpm
IN ORDER TO QUALIFY TO WORK FROM HOME, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Router with at least two ports
Workstation 6 feet from router
100mps internet speed
