    CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL SERVICE CENTER

    LOCATION: WORK FROM HOME - NORTH CHARLOTTE

    PAY: $14/HR

    JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL SERVICE CENTER

    • Full job training

    • 6 week training class - 10AM-7PM

    • When customers call you will be the liaison between customer and service techs who handle the repairs or questions

     

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/CALL SERVICE CENTER

    • 1 year experience with Customer Service, Call Service Center, OR Quality retail experience required

    • Great phone voice, good with computers, type 30 wpm

     

    IN ORDER TO QUALIFY TO WORK FROM HOME, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

    • Router with at least two ports

    • Workstation 6 feet from router

    • 100mps internet speed
