    POSITION SUMMARY

    Solutran is welcoming graduating seniors to apply for our Graduate Training Program in our Plymouth, MN office. This program is designed to attract graduates who are self-starters, quick learners, enthusiastic about making a difference, and thrive in a culture of high performance and collaboration.

We are interested in a variety of skill sets including strong analytical, creative, and writing skills. The need will vary by department and position.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

    • Support product development and implementation efforts.
    • Support project implementation with clients and vendors.
    • Analyze data and trends.
    • Trouble shoot, problem solve, and issue resolution.
    • Manage vendor and bank relationships.
    • Provide subject matter expertise working with cross-functional teams.
    • Create client facing marketing materials.
    • Create and support client and vendor relationships.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • BA or BS from a 4-year university or college.
    • 3.0 GPA or higher (must provide transcript).
    • Coachable disposition.
    • The desire to learn.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adaptive and responsive to change.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good analytical skills.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity.
