    SolvOne is expanding our Project Team! At SolvOne we provide services to the petroleum industry including; Project Management, Environmental Compliance Administration, Technical Support, and a 24/7 Contact Center. Our project business is growing and we are looking to add a Project Manager; this is a full-time position.

    The Project Manager will be responsible for the full scope of assigned projects for our core customers in the field of retail and commercial gas station construction and maintenance. The SolvOne team strives to deliver projects that are within scope and on schedule. We provide a great customer experience for our clients, as well as a great work experience for our team.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the full scope and budget of assigned projects
    • Validate project work against the agreed upon objectives
    • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks
    • Report on key metrics to stakeholders
    • Field project questions and issues; work to find and implement solutions
    • Process change orders as needed
    • Responsible for all recordkeeping and updating various project databases
    • Complete and submit project close-out packages
    • Evaluate outcome of each project, document lessons learned, and work on continuous improvement
    • Provide a high level of professionalism with a diverse population of clients and coworkers
    • Periodic travel may be needed for client and site meetings


    Qualifications

    • PMP certification
    • Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking
    • Positive attitude, honesty, integrity and professionalism
    • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to network and grow relationships
    • Effective at communicating, verbally and in writing, with all levels of stakeholders, customers, and coworkers
    • Able to work autonomously, and as a team; self-motivated
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation
    • Experience with PM software (ex: Wrike, MS Project, EZ Project)
    • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and reference checks
    • Knowledge in the petroleum industry, retail gas station construction and maintenance, general construction project management or related trades preferred
