Solve IT Strategies is looking for a Compliance Analyst. This role is Remote.

The Main Responsibilities of a person are:

This role will involve supporting the Sanctions Advisory team with meeting regulatory reporting requirements related to blocked and rejected activity, license reviews, and ensuring certain controls are properly maintained. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and a proven ability to follow established processes and procedures. Candidate does not have to have knowledge of crypto and sanctions compliance programs, however this would be nice to have.

Skills:

5+ years experience

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with excellent documentation skills to maintain internal records

Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting team goals and meeting deadlines

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple concurrent tasks and priorities

Rapid learner able to understand and navigate new technical systems, tools, and processes

Bonus Skills

Desire to learn about sanctions compliance

Experience in analyzing blockchain transactions and tracing the flow of cryptocurrency

Experience with investigation methodologies
