We are a recruiting firm focused on your success! Our client is a prominent online university headquartered near Hoffman Estates, IL and is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

What you will be doing:

• Defining current and soon-to-be states inside company processes, such as UX components, workflows, up/down-stream interfaces, impact and req’s. developments, etc.
• Implement advanced strategies for gathering, defining, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements
• Analyze date requirements and implement strategies for gathering, reviewing, and defining.
• Create and coordinate required document walk-throughs, and signoffs with stakeholders to ensure accurate document portrayal of business needs.
• Communicate business needs between technical stakeholders to promote improvements and necessary change to business processes, policies, etc.
• Provide peer review for other members within Business Analysis team, and work with Q.A. for appropriate test plans development.
• Be point of contact for user training, user documentation, and support help desk.
• Support production activities by manipulating data from systems and applications, spreadsheets, anomalies, and making corrections as needed.
• Conduct application corrections to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you will need to bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in similar field.
• 5+ years similar experience in Digital Marketing or Website Development
• Skillful in website or mobile application management
• Experience in roadmap, lifecycle, user study, and product analysis owning.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data base software
• Experience with Agile engineering methodology
• Ability to seek, receive feedback from engineering & business stakeholders and adjust the product requirements accordingly
• Ability to react, analyze and adapt to customer and user needs
