Solve IT Strategies is looking for a for a Technical Analyst leading health care company. This role is Remote but with the focus on IL and WI.
The Main Responsibilities of a person are:
- Serve as primary support forexisting data flow processes. Identifies and responds to issues in timely manner to limit impact to business.
- Responsible forprimary support of information systems and applications utilized throughout Advocate Physician Partners. This may includeproviding tier 2 level support by addressing issues the help desk was unable to resolve on initial customer call. This mayinclude support of non-Advocate issue devices used by physician offices. Resolve support calls or follow department escalationprocedures if unable to resolve. Manage external vendors to assist in resolution process.
- Partner with customers andstakeholders to understand information system issues and requests. Process service requests to meet customer needs and intimeframes dictated by department service level agreements.
- Maintain security for core systems and users ofsystems.
- Maintains ancillary databases used to support existing information systems at Advocate PhysicianPartners.
- Perform scheduled maintenance for applications and information systems.
- Execute research and analysis onexisting information systems and data flow processes to meet business questions and needs.
- Participates in maintenanceand monitoring of multiple interfaces and data exchange processes between APP and third party vendors.
- Support existingreports by troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements. Monitors and performs system tests and audits foreffectiveness, performance and identifies potential problems proactively
Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree. 3-4 years experience in Information Systems
- Healthcare and/orETL experience preferredlKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Independent problem solving skills.
- Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with dataanalytics and reporting tools and processes.
- 9 months SQL experience and willingness to learn
- Experience with MicrosoftOffice products.
- Experience with data interfaces, data exchange and interoperability concepts
