Solve IT Strategies is looking for a CX Program Manager. This role is Remote; EST Time Zone.
The Main Responsibilities of a person are:
- Build positive relationship with team members within Operations, Product, Engineering and Compliance which will be used to advocate for improvements to the EDD Operating Model
- Partner with cross functional team members to make critical decisions regarding launch and support of EDD initiatives
Skills:
- 5+ years of program/project management experience (preferably with previous consulting experience focused in Financial Crime Compliance)
- Deep knowledge of developing process and intuitive customer experience in a highly regulated environment
- Expertise with taking programs from ‘0 to 1’ and driving end to end execution
- Expertise with constructing and managing elaborate project plans and holding working group members accountable and delivering on time
