Solve IT Strategies is looking for a Content Specialist. This role is Remote.
The Main Responsibilities of a person are:
- Enter and maintain the redesigned content entries in KM’s Content Management System
- Critically review analyst procedures and process maps, checking for logic, usability, completeness and adherence to the underlying policies
- Identify and report on opportunities to eliminate, automate or optimize process inefficiencies
Skills:
- Prior UX writing, content strategy, technical writing or communications experience
- Experience developing and managing agent desktop procedures, training content, policy documentation and change management in financial services or other highly regulated industries
- Rigorous analytical problem solver, with the skills for distilling complex concepts and systems into clear, simple language
- Strong knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen concepts and practices
- Clear, concise communication and exceptional attention to detail
- Flexible teammate, adaptable to the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization
Education:
- BA/BS with 5+ years professional experience
