    Solve IT Strategies is looking for a Technical Program Manager. This role is Remote.

    The Main Responsibilities of a person are:

    Responsible for managing IT Programs consisting of multiple projects. Develops program strategy, supporting business case and project plans. Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements. • Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as necessary, based upon the needs of the business. • Communicates with IT leadership and senior business leadership to communicate program strategy, direction and changes. • Partners with senior leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise. • Maintains the efficiency of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment. Identifies and mitigates potential risks. • Manages teams of multiple project managers, project leaders and/or support staff. • Monitors, measures and reports on project status to IT leadership and senior business leadership. Manage multiple simultaneous cross functional teams and projects across various sites & geographical locations to gather product requirements, define key tasks, track project deliverables, dependencies, and milestones throughout the complete project lifecycle. • Create and maintain detailed project schedules and project management plans, taking into account all dependencies and constraints. • Manage change in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts. • Capture program status and data by ensuring the population of the program management information system in order to maintain accurate and current program information for the use of stakeholders. • Provide recommendations to streamline or make existing processes more efficient. Qualifications: • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline. • Experience with project lifecycles, scheduling, risk management, and conflict resolution techniques. • Risk and Issue Management skills.
