Work on a team in service of improving the customer experience - Implement strategic guidance to ensure that design solutions support specific business goals - Take new features from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production - Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and always work backwards from the customer - Help environments and participate in design reviews - Collaborate with product managers and content strategists to help define the support product strategy
What we look for: - 4+ years of UX design experience - Experience designing customer-facing experiences in web and mobile - Ability to work backwards from aligned customer outcomes and customer-centric KPIs - Superior UX thinking, visual design skills, and written communication skills - Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, and a critical eye for detail - Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines - Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools - Creative drive to explore new approaches to customer-relevant storytelling - Experience with user research, understanding customer journey and pain points
