    Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing a full range of customer service and technical support to all customers, prospects and end users. Contributions to maintain a level of respect/service to corporate.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Become expert with all Somfy products and their respective applications including support for digital networking solutions.
    • Process call reports into a CRM database
    • Maintain and manage records in CRM database
    • Interacting with customers via verbal and written communications
    • Data entry and order processing

    INTER-RELATIONSHIPS:

    • Regular interaction with Operations, Sales Manager, Quality Manager and Engineers.
    • Occasional interaction with all other departments (finance, marketing, etc…)

    NEEDED ATTRIBUTES:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy.
    • Working PC Computing knowledge.
    • Ability to work as part of a team.
    • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude

    Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Associates Degree minimum
    • Audio/Video/Home Automation integration background a plus.
    • Technical understanding of electrical application
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    • Knowledge of MS office applications
    • 2+ years of technical support /data entry experience
