WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Ensure that all work is maintained in a tracking system (Job Management) with complete accuracy
Utilize tools used by the Project ReSource Center to organize our opportunities, manage the project in Eclipse Job Management.
Connects and works with all OneSource operations and personnel in support of our Project ReSource Center business platform
Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to all facets of Project Management
Create and maintain assigned project orders in Eclipse
Create submittals and O&M’s
Expedite all assigned project orders
Process all project change orders and customer returns on assigned projects
Provide internal and external customer project status reports and updates
Maintain digital job folder for all assigned projects
Facilitate project billing
Perform all functions necessary to meet and exceed customer service standards
Other duties and/or projects as assigned
