    The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing a variety of instructional and training materials. This individual must be versed in using software, design, and writing skills to achieve the learning goals. The Instructional Designer must demonstrate and utilize effective needs analysis, project management, and materials development to ensure the success of high-quality training development and implementation via elearning/computer-based learning to an LMS. This individual must stay abreast of best practice and emerging learning, methodologies, technologies, and solutions. Must have the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership, analytical and communications skills.

    As an Instructional Designer, you will manage stakeholder relationships regarding instructional design needs. In this role, you will combine your expertise in instructional design and technology to create contextually-rich, objective-driven eLearning or traditional learning experiences and courses that focus on real-world, workplace skills. You will take courses and/or programs from concept to implementation.

    Responsible for developing and designing curriculum while placing focus on consistency, clarity of content, grammar and sentence structure, medium for delivery, and evaluation of the curriculum once piloted and launched.

    Roles & Responsibilities
