    IFF is seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our Commercial Fragrance Singapore division as FRAGRANCE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE.

    WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE…

    As Fragrance Account Executive, you will support both local and multinational key accounts, maintaining existing customer and consistently enlarging Fragrance account base. You will establish high customer intimacy with assigned accounts to secure projects briefing by understanding customers’ business operations, product lines and brand strategies. Acquiring good understanding on briefs objectives, requirements and accurate information, you will manage projects and collaborate closely with the Fragrance Creation and Technical team.

    Your role includes providing support to achieve account sales budget, target margin and ensuring monthly sales forecast accuracy. Working closely with the Fragrance Commercial Manager, you will assist in developing account plan to identify growth opportunities for assigned market or account.

    The role would require you to thoroughly monitor market developments in terms of competitors, products and trends, apart from leveraging market insights with Category Marketing team, to bring in innovations and new concepts related to customers’ products and on-going projects.

    You will partner with Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of services and supply, while maintaining up-to-date customer information and data integrity related to the accounts.

    ABOUT YOU

    To be successful in this role, you should have minimum overall experience of 2-3 years in the Fragrance, Consumer Goods or Ingredients Chemical industry. Existing Fragrance network and client base will be highly advantageous.

    A Bachelor Degree in Science & Technology, Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institute will be essential.

    With a proven track record in account management support within a B2B environment, you possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

    Ideally you should have Creative thinking capability for project management and customers’ engagement, apart from having ability in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with our customers across all levels.

    You are good in Microsoft Office suite of applications and is technology savvy, you should have excellent presentation or negotiation skills. Olfactory knowledge with familiarity in Fragrance market trends will be a plus.

    A dynamic team player, you should be comfortable working across functions in a multi-cultural environment, with a positive, self-driven or results oriented attitude. Strong customer orientation, project management, multi-tasking abilities and effective time management skills, with flexibility for overseas travel are highly desirable.
