As a Sonepar USA Data Support Analyst you will be responsible for trouble shooting and resolving our SUSA Integration Issues. You will be responsible for verifying integrations are working and validating their accuracy. You will provide moderately complex technical support to clients via email, phone, or other methods (does not work on site). You will need to possess a strong understanding of the organization's products and services but will escalate complex inquiries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect, audit, compile and validate data from multiple sources. These would be from Eclipse, Concur, Ceridian and any other source data that populates our Data Lake and used for reporting.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns and improvement opportunities in complex data sets.
Communicate internally and with carriers externally to collect and validate data as well as answer questions regarding reports and data concerning Concur, GDL, and Emergency Dales Sales.
Reviews and documents the incident resolution for training and reference regarding Data Around, GDL, Concur, and our Data Lake
Responsible for communicating updates on Production Issues or future outages for GDL, Concur and our Data Lake
