POSITION OVERVIEW

The Technical service Engineer is responsible for support assembly team grow the business on application side; he is also carrying out the day to day research and testing activities at laboratory. This person will provide professional technical support like demo on site, troubleshooting and new application development for HBF textile product lines.

PRIMARY DUTIES

1. Provide technical support at customer side to ensure application success. 
2. Evaluating new product’s performance and simulating customer application in laboratory.
3. Provide accurate problem descriptions, with all necessary support documentation for product development department.
4. Supporting application related data package generation.
5. Demonstrations of equipment and training for both internal & external customers.
6. Have good cross department communication and relationships.

Minimum Requirements

1. MS in Textile, Polymer or chemical science
2. Engineering related work experience over 5 years.
3. Bachelor degree or above

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT

Required Skills Required Experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid Driver's License
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to travel within the surrounding geographic area daily
• Ability to work within confined spaces of a building (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
