WAREHOUSE PICKER/RECEIVER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  The warehouse picker is responsible for picking orders accurately and in a timely manner and preparing them for shipping or delivery. The warehouse receiver is responsible for receiving inventory from freight carriers, counting it, putting away in the warehouse in the correct locations in a timely and accurate manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OR REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly.
• Must be able to take direction and work well with others.
• Must be able to answer lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines.
• Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately
• Must be able to move throughout the office to pick-up and deliver projects/documents.
• Must be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
• Work diplomatically with customers, sales persons, warehouse staff and branch managers to resolve errors, conflicts and disputes in a timely and professional manager

Required Skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED.
