    CONTRACT DURATION: 7 MONTHS

    LOCATION:  ATLANTA GA 30328 UNITED STATES

    HOURS OF OPERATION: 8:00AM TO 5:00PM

    SUMMARY The Talent Development Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing a defined, succession planning, career paths, and formal rotational program to encourage career growth, trajectory, or breadth of experience. He/she will also perform upskilling work which includes identifying the new skills and necessary training needed for people in a small set of roles so they can perform in their new roles. This position is not allowed to travel nor submit any expenses.

    JOB DUTIES • Create defined Succession Plans and Career Paths for key positions. • Identify jobs and positions that qualify for career pathing. • Define the rotations within business units. • Create assessments to identify skills and training needs. • Identify and arrange training content to meet learning objectives. • Implement and Test - Provide training on the processes.

    Minimum Qualifications • Preferred: Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field and 3 years of organizational development, talent management, or HR experience • Preferred: Master's in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, or related field. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in talent management, human resources, or organizational development required. • Experience developing and implementing talent management programs or processes, particularly focused on talent assessments, succession planning to include talent pipeline development, career paths, and process design required. • Strong written and oral communication skills required. • Knowledge of talent management, diversity, and HR best practices required. • Excellent consulting skills required. • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking skills. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills required. • Demonstrated experience working with analytics; possesses the ability to draw insights using data and to make meaningful business recommendations required. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint required.

    NOTE: This is a special project that will support our Talent Development initiatives. The work is planned through the end of December 2019. The work could end earlier or include other tasks as needed. This role will work as directed.
