REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

Reports to Branch Manager

PURPOSE

Ensures good supplier relationships, customer quotations, and value engineering for various projects within a specified Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responds to requests from customers and salespersons on matters pertaining to the application and operation of various projects throughout a region • Assists with the planning and presentation of training programs and other professional growth opportunities for customers and salespersons in the planning, installation and operations of various projects. • Provides verbal and written quotations or estimates of prices, terms and delivery for standard, complex or non-standard merchandise. • Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly. • Prepares correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Prefer Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) and/or two to four years’ equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must have experience as a contractor inside sales person or management of gear projects and/or electrical distribution and control projects desired. • PC literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel,& Power Point) • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills.
