2+ years’ experience in telecommunications move/add/change requests

2+ years’ experience in tracing and repair Cat 5 & Cat 6 network cabling

2+ years’ experience in data wiring and termination

2+ years’ experience in cross-connect and troubleshoot Analog telephone equipment

2+ years’ experience in Audio Visual system support

2+ years’ experience in mounted TV & projector system support

1+ year experience in Cisco VoIP phone system support including mailbox administration

1+ year experience in the programming of VOIP devices, lines and voice mailboxes in a Cisco UC environment.

1+ year experience in Jabber and ACD Client application support and configuration

SOME TRAVEL IS REQUIRED UP TO 30%

Required Skills Required Experience

• Ability to speak read and write proficiently in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate information and present ideas and solutions to customer,
• Ability to calculate figures, such as, discounts and percentages.
• Skilled in data entry and order process in Eclipse.
• Knowledge of generators and related products to make proper selection for customer preferred.
• Maintains strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and possess strong work detail and organizational skills.
• Keeps the Company’s best interest in mind while performing job.
• Maintains confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive business information.
• Exercises safety in all aspects of carrying out job responsibilities.
• An intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel are preferred.
• Sitting for periods of time at work area, using phones, and computer.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment with a variety of movement and interruptions.
• Requires close vision with computer and paperwork, distant vision and color vision for product selection, peripheral vision and depth perception for safety in warehouse and building.
• Requires ability to clearly hear in-person and phone conversations.
