  • Responsibilities

    JOB FUNCTION:

    The Industrial Air Manager is responsible for overall business stability and the performance of team members to ensure attainment of total Industrial Air goals and objectives.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Follow all safety rules and regulations and ensures all personnel abide by safety guidelines, including housekeeping.
    2. Position is responsible for P&L oversight, meeting budget, capital outlay, and strategic planning goals.
    3. Responsible for pricing, market share, and profitability goals for Industrial Air.
    4. The position is heavily involved with the sales and engineering teams to drive air compressor revenue.
    5. Conduct on-site customer visits to review new installations or inspect existing installations to provide recommendations for replacement of necessary parts.
    6. Work closely with vendors to build business relationships and assure proper pricing of materials is achieved. Monitor proposals and sales quotes for sales team, and customers to meet profitability goals.
    7. Manages general human resources operations within the Industrial Water (including, but not limited to: talent acquisition, retention, personnel workflow, training and development, succession planning, and employee relations).

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Provide feedback and support to MPW engineering so quality of service remains high for all MPW customers.
    2. Recognize and communicate new markets, products, and services that MPW could offer to our customers.
    3. Willing to travel (up to 50-90 nights annually).

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    2. Minimum 5 years of management experience

    3. Field and Equipment knowledge in industrial air industry preferred.

    4. 2-5 years’ experience in industrial or environmental services preferred.

    5. Proficiency with MS Office applications including but not limited to Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

    • High School diploma/GED required; Associates degree preferred.
    • Minimum one year related experience required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
