    HYBRID SCHEDULE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

    As the TM1/PLANNING ANALYTICS ADMINISTRATOR & DEVELOPER, you will develop and maintain reliable, scalable, and efficient TM1 / Planning Analytics solutions by managing all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, upgrading, troubleshooting, integration, training and documentation. You will serve as primary subject matter expert on the System. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Oversight and administration of company’s financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting consolidation system, TM1/Planning Analytics, and any interfaces/integration with other business systems.
    • Responsible for overall application architectural quality and performance/scalability that best achieve business goals.
    • Responsible for defining best practices in the areas of TM1/Planning Analytics design, development and administration
    • Develop objects in TM1/Planning Analytics, including dimensions, cubes, rules, MDX expressions and Turbo Integrator (TI) processes.
    • Coordinate with IT to plan, test, and deploy system upgrades.
    • Serve as a liaison or technical resource for others in department and assist other departments in translating business requirements into technical requirements and solutions.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain actual, budgeting, and forecasting systems, including reconciliation of data system to source of origin
    • Technically support system and financial audits, annual tax and accounting reporting requirements, and any other consolidated financial data requirements.
    • Responsible for the processes, maintenance, and security of access of TM1/Planning Analytics, including incident handling and resolution.
    • Train subordinates on standards, interfaces, procedures, and system operation

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or other technical discipline.
    • 8+ years professional / management combination in systems, including 5+ years financial consolidation systems experience
    • Good understanding of Query Languages (SQL/MDX) and OLAP systems
    • Designing and Developing large/complex cubes and dimensions including strong knowledge of TM1/Planning Analytics rules and Turbo Integrator processes including security implementation
    • Designing and Developing robust reports and templates using TM1/Planning Analytics
    • Integrating TM1/Planning Analytics with other Financial System products
    • Experience with Deltek software solutions a plus

    LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS:

    • Relevant Certifications preferred

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    • Thorough knowledge of financial systems, including financial terms and reports
    • Extensive technical knowledge of IT systems, processes and controls
    • Effective interpersonal, management, oral and written communication and presentation skills
    • Strong organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
    • Strong troubleshooting abilities to get to the source of problems and think critically regarding possible solutions
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products
    • Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
