Web Content Manager- Drupal and SharePoint

• Demonstrates strong editing and writing skills, with a deep knowledge of content selection, content creation and graphic creation.
• Determines and manages sources for content creation, both internally and externally, in collaboration with Communications Team and IT.
• Conceptualizes and creates design templates/layouts for project pages prior to publishing.
• Assists in the management of the organization’s workflows and editorial guidelines so content is timely and consistent with the DOAS brand voice, style, and tone.
• Remains up-to-date with the latest industry trends, content performance metrics, and customer challenges to build a more effective editorial calendar.
• Assists in implementing DOAS’ customer experience using an appropriate focus database or other engagement platform.
• Participates in customer requirements gathering and discovery meetings.
• Supports Communications Team in presenting content strategy to stakeholders and senior managers and gain buy in on proposed approach.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, business, or related field.

Minimum of five years of digital/web content writing and production experience preferred.

• Out-of-the-Box Idea generation resulting in creative optimized solutions including recommendations on practical application and implementation that provide a decided business advantage.
• Highly Proficient Technical Skill – proven mechanical, electrical, or industrial hands-on skill and experience including implementation of equipment modification resulting in improved utilization, coordination of Factory Acceptance Tests with OEMs for new or modified equipment, developing accurate (to-scale) CAD drawings, analysis of flow and functionality, and interface with Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability professionals at Manufacturing Plants.

DESIRED BACKGROUND - 10 YEARS + OF DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE AND SUCCESS IN:

• Practical (hands-on) technical skill and ability in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering functions
• Practical (hands-on) experience working in a Plant / Manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated Project Engineering and Project Management skill and ability including successful execution of capital projects of scale and scope in excess of $1M per project
• Highly effective negotiation experience with Vendors, Suppliers, Contractors, Internal Resources, etc.
• Very high comfort level and proficiency in managing large-scale capital projects (>$1M per project)
