COULD YOU BE OUR NEXT VMI SPECIALIST?

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Specialist to be responsible for maintaining and growing appropriate inventory at customer designated sites.  As a VMI Specialist, you will use a phone with scanner to order inventory and help maintain accurate inventory levels.  Driven to increase our product line to the customer's satisfaction.  You will also make deliveries of products from the local branch to the customer locations using either a company van or a box truck. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• We require a minimum of one year of Inventory Control experience; experience with VMI is helpful.

• Driven to achieve customer satisfaction every time.

• Must be able to work independently with a sense of urgency and pride in performance.

• Must have a valid driver’s license with no accidents recorded.

• Strong communication skills are required to work with the customer on site, customer service reps and account reps in a professional manner.

• Must have good computer skills with knowledge of MS Office software including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
