    JOB PURPOSE:

    The Onboarding Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing onboarding and integration of new hires for the Field Organization (Commercial, Operations and Service) during the first 6 months of employment. This role will foster a productive experience for participants and equip them to become key players in the organizational growth. The Onboarding Program Coordinator, through collaboration with various departments, will develop and enhance orientation materials, streamline processes, and provide ongoing support to facilitate positive outcomes.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: __

    § Manage and execute onboarding programs throughout the first 6 months of employment for all Field roles new hires (external and internal).

    § Coordinate new hire training, including all compliance as required by each role.

    • Partner with key stake holders to analyze business processes and department content with subject matter experts.

    • Provide best practices and recommendations that could improve the experience, efficiency, and effectiveness of processes.

    • Determine optimal delivery method and collaborate with departments to ensure seamless delivery of department content.

    • Consult with leaders to analyze training needs.

    • Maintain technical expertise and knowledge of best practices in online educational trends, changes and developments, and service strategies.

    • § Provide creative solutions to resolve issues with comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures & practices.

    • § Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.

    • § Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.

    • § Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

    • § Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
    • § Minimum 2 years of Onboarding or similar experience.
    • § Proficiency with office software and database management.
    • § Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • § Excellent organizational skill and ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

    • § Results-oriented and self-directed with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • § Detail-oriented and ability to take ideas and turning them into projects and training to be shared with others.
    • § Experience with onboarding platforms SharePoint.
    • § Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
    • § Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
