LOCATION: Overland Park KS 66251
Work Schedule: M-F 8am -5pm
Will be responsible for moderately complex tasks required in the receiving, analyzing and resolving of planned maintenances and trouble tickets in a timely fashion with minimal guidance, once trained. Individual will be trained on Work Force Management tool in order to ensure Switch Operations Technicians are dispatched to Wireless and Wireline facilities in support of both in/external work needs. Day to day activities involve collaboration with the internal operations & various network teams under the Chief Technology Office, vendor, Local Exchange Carrier (LEC), and other internal and external departments to ensure proper policies and procedures are followed as well as work together to trouble shoot issues and prepare for resolution. Some interaction and interface with a domestic and international Translations departments and customers, as well as vendors and local exchange carriers to deliver superior customer service, maintenance and installation support.
Minimum Qualifications: Experience in telecommunications or PUC dispatch preferred.
