    As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating design collateral for campaigns across our marketing channels including website content, landing pages, email communications, digital and print ads, flyers, educational materials, and more. A primary responsibility will be to complete all design work consistent with multiple brand guidelines for regional marketing teams to create effective campaigns with measurable success. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for campaign production, internal customer satisfaction, and deadline completion. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

     

    • Design and execute digital and print graphic design requests, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
    • Manage tasks in our Project Management System to ensure timely execution of collateral internally and for regional marketing teams.
    • Organize and maintain digital image library and artwork files.
    • Advise marketing teams on best practices, brand standards, design trends and competitive analysis.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 4 years working in graphic design in an office setting, within the electrical industry highly preferred
    • Advanced knowledge of the elements and principles of design
    • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
    • Experience working in a corporate Marketing team or agency
    • Experience creating design across multiple channels
    • Managing multiple brand standards is a must
    • Proven success with cross-functional teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
    • Experience in creating presentations with good public speaking abilities
    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related design or marketing field
    • Relevant certifications
    • Proficiency in managing multiple daily tasks for several stakeholders
    • Experience working in a Project Management System
    • Self-motivated, innovative thinker
    • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Time management skills are essential
    • Good understanding of HTML and CSS
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics
