DESCRIPTION:

Sonepar USA is looking for a Contract Specialist to work remotely or out of their U.S. headquarters in Charleston, SC (preferred). This individual will work closely with and report directly to Senior Counsel, who manages and assists on projects related to Commercial Transactions, Corporate Governance, Commercial Real Estate, M&A, Pre-Litigation Dispute Resolution, and Regulated Transactions. This individual will be a member of, and work closely with, the entire Sonepar USA Legal Team.

The U.S. legal team is a lean and tight-knit group of accomplished and dynamic professionals who work closely and frequently with one another, internal and external counsel and professional advisors, and business stakeholders from other countries, regions and functions.
