    Reports to the Director of Compensation, Benefits, HRIS. Conducts and participates in compensation surveys conducted by other companies. Assists in updating the salary structure.  Assists with collecting data, evaluating/analyzing, costing, designing, implementing, and administering all compensation programs. Develops documentation for compensation processes and procedures. Creates and updates job descriptions and evaluates jobs. Performs market research, analyzes data, and makes recommendations as to job pricing. Administers most phases of the performance appraisal process including both annual and mid-year appraisals. Audits evaluation of positions and application of existing classifications to individuals. Prepares reports to assist with planning and hiring decisions. Ability to extract data from system for reporting and analysis.  Familiar with Human Capital Management systems.  Identifies opportunities for and implements process improvement

     

    Required Skills

    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Analytical skills including statistical analysis and financial modeling.

    • Attention to detail.

    • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work and be flexible with changing priorities.

    • Current knowledge of field and wage and hour laws.

    • Strong interpersonal skills.

    Required Experience

    • 3-5 years of previous experience compensation/financial analysis.

    • High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D. with 3 plus years compensation/financial analysis experience or healthcare related experience.

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    • Healthcare industry experience preferred.

    • Human Capital Management Systems knowledge.
