About the Role:

Join the crew at SD Fusion LLC's Sonic Drive-In in Council Bluffs, IA, where fast-paced energy meets a fun team environment! As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll be at the heart of delivering the craveable food and drinks that Sonic fans love. If you thrive in a high-energy kitchen and take pride in quality, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food orders accurately and efficiently according to Sonic's recipes and standards

Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, and prep stations safely

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times

Monitor food quality and freshness to ensure every order meets brand standards

Work collaboratively with carhops and front-of-house team members to fulfill orders quickly

Restock ingredients and supplies as needed during shifts

Follow all food safety, health, and safety guidelines consistently

Requirements:

No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate!

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume quick-service restaurant environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency

Reliable, punctual, and a team-first attitude

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must meet minimum age requirements per local labor laws
