Job Description

The Equipment Sales Coordinator provides outstanding service for our valued customers! Corresponds with customers regarding pricing, scheduling shipments, and all other details related to quotations and order processing. Assists Regional Sales Managers & Director of Sales in assigned territories. Primary functions are to process orders, monitor phone queues and email box and to address and resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Accurate Order Processing
• Customer Service Levels
• Order Payment Management
• Assist with POS Contract collection and creating new customer accounts for these contracts. Submit finalized contracts to accounting
• Collect and organize Vendor items. Communicate with vendors when date changes occur.
• Utilize existing Teams spreadsheets to coordinate Controls projects and keep updated.
• Process all Controls-Only orders
• Assist with submitting customer information to Credit Card services
• Assist with POS Change of Ownership process
•      a. Create and collect new POS contract
•      b. Submit information to respective credit card company
•      c. Manage “token transfers”
•      d. Submit to Controls Support when ready to implement
• Help processing special vendor orders for part replacement
• Work with On-Site setup team to make sure credit card applications and devices are completed/delivered
• before we travel for start up.
• Assist with phones
• Create a Controls Coordinator Manual
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• • Previous Inside Sales and/or support experience 2+ years
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required: Word, Excel & Outlook
• • Car Wash Industry Experience a plus, but not required
• • SAP experience a Plus!
• • High School Diploma/GED required
• Working Conditions: Majority will be an inside office environment.
• Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility.
• Materials and Equipment Used: Office Equipment, CRM/SAP System.
