$43.02 - $69.15/hr + $2.50/hr Weekend Differential

Job Summary:

Healthcare Associates are seeking a highly skilled Sonographer to join our team! This position will focus on diagnostic ultrasound imaging in the areas of Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, Pediatric, and Small Parts Imaging. The Sonographer will also assist Radiologists and physicians with ultrasound-guided procedures while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Perform high-quality ultrasound exams with accuracy and efficiency.
✅ Use sound judgment in scanning techniques and document anatomical measurements/pathology.
✅ Assist Radiologists and physicians with interpretation of exams and ultrasound-guided invasive procedures.
✅ Transport patients safely to and from the department as needed.
✅ Monitor and maintain ultrasound equipment , ensuring proper function and cleanliness.
✅ Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.
✅ Participate in on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies.
✅ Commit to quality assurance and continuous improvement in imaging standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Certification:

• ARDMS certified or registry-eligible.
• Sonographer Levels II, III, and IV require additional certifications in:
  ✔ High-Risk OB (HROB)
  ✔ Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (MSK)
  ✔ Fetal Echocardiography

Experience:

• Previous ultrasound experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Pay: $43.02 - $69.15/hr (based on experience & certifications)
Shift Differential: +$2.50/hr for weekends
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
