    Civil Engineer and Senior Civil Engineer positions do require experience and CA licensure as a Professional Civil Engineer issued by the State of California Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.

    Junior Civil Engineer positions require graduation from an accredited college or university with major course work in engineering or possession of a valid certificate as Engineer-in-Training issued by the State of California Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. No Experience required.
