Sonu Satellite is looking for an experienced full time customer service representative to manage existing commercial accounts. We are a nationwide retailer of DirecTV satellite television and SiriusXM music for business services, providing new sales as well as service and support to existing customers. While our business is conducted over the phone, we are not a call center or telemarketers. A background in satellite television or radio skills is not required, though previous customer service experience is preferred. Training will be given upon hiring. Positive, self-motivated attitude, basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and office environment work history are a must. Responsibilities of the CSR position include: • Effectively manage incoming calls • Assist customers in completing agreements and other account documents • Handle service related issues and follow up to ensure resolution • Keep records of customer interactions using CRM systems • Process customer account paperwork and file documents • Assist customers with billing questions • Maintain excellent service standards to retain high customer satisfaction Our hours are Monday -- Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Health and retirement benefits are available. New employees must pass a probationary period of 90 days before being eligible for health benefits, and one year for retirement benefit eligibility.
