Job Description
Sonu Satellite is looking for a full-time account service representative to manage existing and new business accounts. We are a Nationwide retailer of DirecTV satellite television and SiriusXM music for business services, providing new sales as well as service and support to existing customers. A background in satellite television or radio skills is not required. Training will be given upon hiring. Positive, self-motivated attitude, basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are needed.
Daily Responsibilities: • Effectively manage existing customer accounts • Identify and assess customers’ needs • Handle service-related issues and follow up to ensure resolution • Maintain existing and new customer interactions using CRM systems • Assist customers with television programming questions.
• Maintain excellent service standards to retain high customer satisfaction
Office hours are Monday -- Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Health and retirement benefits are available.
